In 2005 Ryan and Deanna Farmer, both La Plata County natives, started a paving company with a paver, small roller, and a skid steer. Fifteen years later, PAP-LLC has grown into one of the largest and most reputable asphalt paving companies in the Four Corners. We proudly serve Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and the Navajo Nation.
